PUPPY DEPOSIT

A deposit is required to reserve your puppy. Deposits will only be accepted once you have been approved, have made an agreement with your breeder and have been given instructions to navigate to this page. Once deposit has been received, you have reserved the option to select a puppy if available. After your selection is made and approved by Fields’ Folly, your puppy has been reserved and will be held for you until pickup. The deposit goes towards the total price of your puppy, with balance due at pickup. We prefer final payment in cash. If you are unable to bring cash due to travel security purposes or other, we will consider electronic methods. In this case, prior arrangement must be made for funds to be sent a week prior to pickup to allow adequate time to clear the bank.

 

Due to fluctuating market and operational costs, pricing structure is subject to change before selections are made. Final puppy prices to be set after birth, upon making your specific puppy choice.

 

Puppy selections are granted on a first come first serve basis, with preference given in order of deposits received. All selections are at the discretion and ultimate decision of your breeder. Although we cannot guarantee the availability of all desired choices, we make every effort possible with each litter to ensure all puppy parents are pleased and 100% sure of their choice of puppy.

 

If your deposit is placed before birth and a desired puppy is not born or available, it can be refunded or held for a future litter. If refunded, funds will be returned to you once your held position is claimed by the next person who places their deposit. After puppies have been born, your deposit is, from that point forward, non-refundable but may be held for a future litter, at breeder's discretion, if your circumstances change and you are unable to keep your commitment. A lot of hours go into building a relationship with you as a puppy buyer, preparing paperwork, and providing you with constant photos, videos, and personalized updates. A deposit secures your choice of puppy, reflects your commitment to that puppy, and compensates your breeder's investment into you as a puppy parent.

 

We reserve the right to withdraw the hold on your puppy if at any time we feel you would not provide a fitting home for a puppy, we feel uncomfortable with the situation, or if other circumstances arise that do not allow for a hold to continue.

Clothing orders will ship directly from The Prickly Pine Boutique in Wenatchee, WA. If your order contains dahlia tubers, orders will not ship until 4/10/23 per the Dahlia section below.

If you are local and would prefer to pick up your order in person, you can select Farm Pickup during checkout for free! Orders will be ready for pickup within 3 business days. The Prickly Pine Shipping & Fulfillment Policy:
All orders are 10-20 𝐁𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 day turn around. Although it is usually quicker, it CAN take up to this long due to vendor delays and shipment issues. These are printed and completed as orders are placed. I am not Amazon, I am one single person with one employee, and I truly strive for fast turn around, but more importantly, 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭. Each item is individually put together by us, we don’t have anything put together outside of our 4 walls.

DAHLIA TUBER SALE

Each listing is for 1 tuber. We have limited quantities of each variety on hand. Each item will show Out of Stock until sale is live, and after they have sold out. All sales are first come, first serve and will not be final until checkout is complete.

We cannot add or remove items from an order that has already been placed. If you would like to add items, please place an additional order.

If you select Farm Pickup at checkout and can't make it to pick up your order, you can request to have it shipped instead by giving at least 24 hours notice. We will send you a invoice for shipping charges that must be paid prior to shipping. If you can't make it to Farm Pickup and do not pay the subsequent shipping charges, your order will be forfeited with no refund due to the additional work this creates for us.

We pride ourselves in the quality of our product and value our customers and therefore inspect each dahlia tuber throughout multiple steps to ensure we are sending you tubers in excellent condition. Although we have a thorough inspection process before sending them out, please inspect each tuber you receive immediately upon receipt and contact us via email within 5 days if you have concerns about your product. Once this window has passed, we cannot be held responsible for any quality issues due to improper storage, poor weather conditions, planting methods, growing conditions, pest damage, disease, growth or grower negligence. Please do your research on how to properly store and grow dahlias so you can have a successful growing season!

DAHLIA SHIPPING

Tubers will begin shipping 4/10/23. We will not ship until tubers are safe from the possibility of freezing during transit to locations across the US. We are unable to ship internationally. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout. If you are local and would prefer to pick up your order in person, you can select Farm Pickup during checkout for free.
