Quality, organically raised Scottish Highland cattle

Our small herd of Scottish Highland cattle is family-raised with love on our farm. They are multi-purpose, raised for pets or beef, all natural, grass-fed and are also fed non-GMO grain throughout their life, producing a more tender finished product with nice marbling and better flavor.

After raising Black Angus for many years, we decided to go a different direction once we moved to Idaho. We are so excited to start out with a young herd and are enjoying the beauty, playfulness and love they give us and our farm every day. We can't wait to watch them grow!

inchelium red garlic

Delicious, organically grown garlic!

Our Inchelium Red garlic is planted, maintained, harvested and cleaned all by hand, with never any sprays or chemical fertilizers.

Discovered on an Indian reservation in Washington, this mid-season artichoke-type, softneck variety is a national taste-test winner. With its pleasing rich flavor and medium pungency, it's easy to see why it won the prize. Produces good-sized bulbs with large cloves. Stores well for 6-9 months if kept in a cool, dry, dark place. We recommend nylon stockings, netted onion bags or paper bags and hanging in a closet or similar location.
